3. Live Pet Sales (SPECIAL AGREEMENT)

Animal Welfare First

We reserve the right to deny or cancel a pet sale at our discretion if we believe the animal's welfare, safety, or quality of life will be compromised.

  • By purchasing a live pet from PetVastuHub, you confirm that you are prepared and financially/physically capable of providing proper care, veterinary attention, and a suitable living environment for the animal.
  • All live pet sale transactions are FINAL, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Vastu Consultation

Vastu Shastra and Astro consultation services are based on traditional Vedic principles and are offered as guidance. We do not guarantee specific financial, health, or behavioral results for your pet or household. All consultation fees must be paid in advance.

5. Payments

  • We accept secure payments via major payment gateways (including Razorpay/Paytm), supporting major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, and UPI.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible non-pet products only.
  • By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method presented.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Dhani Enterprises, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site or any products/services purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if advised of their possibility.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By using this Site, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
